Do you know what i'm excited for?

In 21 days. I will be in California. No Snow. No freezing in my apartment! I'm so excited! well that and on the 15th I'm shooting a wedding. But on the 17th i'll be in Cali. I'm so excited!

Something Impossible Happened....

Matt won at a game of bowling! yeah. he never wins! and i lost. if this isn't a sign of the coming apocalypse i don't know what is....

Thanksgiving + Black Friday

I should really bring my actual camera with me when i go out. You have no idea how bad i am at that. i always mean to pack it but i never do! and when i do pack it i never take pictures! So you get pictures from my iphone. I bet you're excited.

We stayed in Rexburg for thanksgiving this year, so we headed down to Matt's Grandparents where we found some super cool old toys ( i think i had one of those horses when i was little!), Played a little Risk, Got turned upside down, And had some yummy turkey! We then scoured their record collection and found some awesome albums, In fact I am listening to the Bing Crosby Christmas Album as i type.

We then decided to head home cause there was no way we were going Black Friday shopping, besides i really had my heart set on sleeping.... But around Idaho Falls i got really hungry, so we stopped at Ihop, just to eat.... (p.s. pancakes are relevant for any meal) And we got to thinking, while munching on delicious breakfast food, It's already 8pm and the mall opens at midnight.... we might as well just stay.... So we went and watched Life of Pi, Checked out target ( we almost bought stuff but the lines were LONG! so we turned back) and then waited in our car for the mall doors to open while listening to "eye of the tiger". We walked out with a couple Christmas presents and the T-Shirt in the Top picture from the mall and then thought, well, Fred Meyer's opens at 5am.... It's already 1am.... we might as well wait.... Yeah, after about an hour i was already regretting that decision.

Little know fact about me: my dad and i always do Black Friday. and we go big, waiting in line at Fry's since around 5pm. But the difference is, we did this in Arizona. Where the LOWEST the temperature got was 50 degrees. Maybe 40. Maybe. It is a different story in Idaho! holy crap it was cold. But we made it. And made off with the holy grail of socks. i think we will be good till next Black Friday. But really. Half price name brand socks? You just can't pass that up.

So all in all not a bad Thanksgiving. Hope you have a great one!

And little by little It disappears....

And that's all we managed to get before we had to shave it all off. Maybe we will think it through next time we have to shave it off and get even better ones! So stay tuned for part two in the beginning of January! It's going to be epic! And mushtastic.. and yes. I did just said that.

(and yes i do know that mutton chops are not a mustache but it sounded better then the Beard Chronicles.....so deal with it)

When I'm very very bored and Matt's at work.... Why take way way way too many pictures of myself of course... isn't that what everyone does? Ohh it's not.....

What we've been up to

Honestly i think writing a blog makes me realize just how boring my life actually is.  We really don't do much. it's kinda sad.... but we are really poor so i guess that makes sense.

P.S. I am currently fighting the urge to decorate for Christmas.... i feel so guilty cause thanksgiving is not even over yet! Ahh the dilemma's! which is actually equally as funny since I'm not really a holiday person, I've never been a fan of Christmas... hmm maybe that what getting married does to you. Well that or spending the last few Christmas's with two little kids.. yeah that's probably what did it. Christmas through their eye's sure is fun!

Date night.

Say hello to date night. And man was it fun. Played two rounds of Laser tag (i didn't lose!!!) played a round of mini golf, and then played the most hilarious game ever.

Seriously.
My Abs still hurt from laughing so much.

And of course introduced them to a Tim Tam Slam ( AKA heaven on earth). It was Amazing, and it reminded me how much fun it was being in College. Man i really miss that, being graduated is not a much fun... but at least i don't have homework anymore :)

Cause we got our wedding pictures back! yes. and they are awesome! i love them so much! but now i have to wait for them to all download and right now this is the message it's telling me. so it might take a while.... but soon. i will have them all soon!

we did! And this is the first time I've actually voted. even thought i was old enough last time, i was super lazy and didn't sent my absentee ballot in in time since i was still in Idaho. ohh well i voted this year. and dragged Matt with me too. and forced him to take way too many pictures to commemorate this awesome moment.

p.s. the matching plaid was a complete accident, i didn't even realize it until i was editing these pictures! ohh well, at least we will not have to worry about losing each other today.

Anatidaephobia

The fear that somehow, or somewhere, a duck is watching you.

After today i truly believe that this may be a rational fear.
