Off to the Fair we go.

I love fairs. Maybe its because of growing up in the "country" of Portland, or the chance to see all those cute bunnies. i don't know, but every year i always look forward to going to the fair. Actually one of our first dates was to the fair. Although if you asked me back then it was definitely not a date. I brought my cousin and my Uncle just to make sure of it. ( *spoilers* it was a date). So the fair is always the best. the end. Even though i only went two of the days this year. But i did finally get the courage to enter some of my photos into the fair this year. and i five of my pictures got ribbons! It's all very exciting. And worth it.

I also probably ate and drank my weight in food and lemonade. not kidding. But don't worry i didn't eat the hamburger with doughnuts as buns.... i have to cross the line somewhere. And that just looked like it was going to kill me on the spot. Just standing there in the middle of the walkway with my third lemonade in hand. And i just couldn't let that lemonade spill not could i. That would be a travesty. Now i will leave you with the some pictures of just how much fun we had.

something

We don't really do much. it's kinda sad. We pretty much just go to work, sometimes stay at Matt's parents house in Blackfoot, and then come home and go to sleep. I guess that is what we get for living in Rexburg when we both have jobs in Blackfoot an hour away. We had a pretty good summer, we went hiking, canoeing, made a trip to the fair and went to Oregon to see my family a couple of times. but I'm still sad to see summer go. although there is one good thing about fall. i finally get to bring out the sweaters again, although I'm not too excited for the snow. But the silver lining is that we are that much closer to Matt finally graduating, and leaving Rexburg because lets face, it it's not my favorite place to be, but it was pretty nice when the students were gone. so quiet, no lines at the store. it was the stuff dreams are made of.

So i'm just holding on. because one day, we can move out of here. buy a house and i can paint anything i want to! and hang all the shelves i can dream of. It's going to be nice but until then Rexburg is not that bad, and the Hay Maze just opened so i think i know what were doing next weekend.
